haha no..... try getting him beat u up and plan out a way to get a cop on ur side and lure him out one night to jump u and beat u up, the police will see that and will arrest him(and before any physical damage are doen to u the police will arrest him before hand) WIN for u lost for him+ if he runs away just tell the police his school or work place!! ^-^
