H1N1 diagnosed yesterday yet no fever today?

My doctor did a test yesterday because i have had a cough for 2 weeks and a fever for a few days. He said i had type 1 influenza- swine flu. he put me on anti viral medication yesterday. My fever is gone today. My temperature was 103 yesterday and during the ride to the doctor i started sweating and getting to the point of vomiting and had to open up the window (50 F weather) and still felt extremely hot. Ever since that ride to the doctor my fever has been gone yet they still said i had swine flu and i want to know CAN YOU HAVE SWINE FLU WITH NO FEVER?
