The atkins diet question???

saw on the news that it is acctually a good diet to follow....was hoping that someone could give me an idea as to what it involves and/or a free web site to check out before i decide if i will go buy the book.......or even info about similar diets......i am not interested in havin got put out loads of money or starving myself.....i am also doing exercise! thank you for your time and advice!
