USMC guaranteed MOS question?

Is it still possible to get a guaranteed MOS written into your enlistment contract? Does having either a 2 year degree or job experience in the civilian world play any part into this? MOS 7051 aircraft rescue and firefighting is the job I will be enlisting for and while training before I sign the contract (or sign on for the DEP) I am curious if I can have that written in.
