About my body situation?
Hello, I am trying to gain some weight because do to a nervous problem I had I lost a lot of weight. My doctor told me to start drinking 3 eggs a day to obtain good defenses again, and told me to eat a lot of meat. I was trying to eat a lot of fat food, but should I not eat any sodas and junk food? Is just that now that I am in a slim body and will gain weight, should I just do it with chicken, fish, and meat, and the eggs? because I have been told that junk food, carbs, makes you have a big tummy( I never cared for this before in my entire life ehhehe) and I would like to keep my 26 inch waist and I would like to get more than my 36 inch hips, I can not do anything about my top part heheheh... Is there any exercise I can do to reach a goal like that while I am eating a lot of protein?.... Thank you very much, have a nice day, and pardon my English.
