Can a Christian be a "Christian" if they don't believe that Satan or the Holy Spirit don't exist?

The ones who dont believe are not a true christian. The bible speaks of these ones that appear to be and hold the "form" of but are not real. Just because someone goes to church every Sunday doesnt make them a christian. A lot of people claim to be a christian then say they dont believe whats(some of) whats in the bible.
