Did Prophet MOHAMMED SAW new about the disease..Known as AIDS...?

Yea may be not sure abt that........., there are many things in the hadith and quran of which the ppl of past wen read abt ..they were like will this even happen..so mst of those things have happend in this present time....so may be he knew abt it..............
