ELECTION TIMEOUT republicans and democrats alike?

is anyone else concerned with the fact that Obama has already stated that he plans on reinstating the "fairness doctrine" which would give him the ability to shut down who he wants on talk radio, and other news/media outlets that he doesn't agree with. Regardless of what party you are with having a majority democrat congress, democrat president, or a majority republican congress, republican president gives that party to much power to do whatever the heck they want. That is scary--what do you think?
