How can I be 7 pounds heavier in 4 days??!(10 points)?

strange request but whatever. like the others said weights work anything from ankle weights (but are much more noticeable) to rolls of quarters (easier to hide). also eat larger portions of food but the only way to keep that weight on would be if you stopped exercising until this competition. if you can't do that then faking the weight by using the weight method is your best chance... gown wise do they check under it because if they dont then the quarters would work and you could also try strapping some around your stomach it is not noticeable if you get it flat enough.
