If some Muslims hate the UK , and Western Countries , why do they continue to live here ?

I have wondered about that for some time myself,France and Germany are concerned of the effects of immigration on their national identity and cultures and Muslims refusing to integrate.They are more and more seen as a threat to western societies,have they a hidden agenda,I think so.
