Im slightly deaf in one ear?

Im slightly deaf in my left ear. I can hear fine out of it but when i yawn or chew gum i start to hear a poping noise. And it fells a bit numb. At 1st i thought i was nothing and it would go away later. But it havnt. I really dont wanna wear hearing aids or get surgery. Can i take medicine or something?
