Is is lawfull if home office deported my son to the back country when he was just six months old and born inUK?

I was claimed for asylum in UK when my wife was pregnant, but Home Office deported my family to the my back country when my son was just six months old and was born in UK. Bumy case is now on Judicial review, but home office trying to conceal my son was born here and they are claimed that I was applied for asylum with my son and wife. Please some one help me to make clear everything. Thanks
