Project: mixed model ANOVA and what is a multivariate ysis vs. univariate?

I am working on a project and am getting different answers to what statistical ysis I should be using. Basically I am giving a treatment to let's say 20 subjects and measuring a response at 4 different times: at time zero (before treatment), at 10 min after treatment, at 20 min, and 30 min. To make it more complicated, I have two different doses of the treatment. So I bring them in one day for one visit, and another day for the second dose. Should I do statistical ysis separately? e.g repeated measures ANOVA, or should I do a mixed model 2 way ANOVA?
