Will younger generations appreciate the band korn?

Around one year ago i started listening to the band korn, being 21 years old as of today i wasn't mature enough around the hype of their popularity to listen to them in their greatest time. thank god for Cd's, like frozen hour gles i guess. It seems as if the common opinion with in the rock community is this band is nothing more then crap and in bad taste. I believe facts matter and not opinions, the only way to truly label a band bad is if they are lyrically and instrumentally untalented or not a commercial success. Korn being none of the above, I believe the stigma comes from playing rap metal music. Seeing how their style has more emotions and pion then 90 percent of the rock music i hear now, I have no idea how this is a bad thing.My question is do you think within time Korn with be recognize for being one of if not the best rock band of the 90's?
